Grant Applications

Dublin Education Foundation awards grants for innovative projects and learning experiences across Dublin City Schools. Grants are open to DCS Educators, students, and approved student clubs. 

Grant Submission Process

In order to view and plan your information entered, we recommend the following process: 

  1.  Draft – Open your chosen Grant Worksheet and Budget Worksheet. Click “Make a copy” when promoted to start drafting. 
  2. Approval –  Review your draft with your principal and have them complete the Principal Approval Form.  
  3. Submit –  Click “Submit a Grant” to transfer your worksheet answers to the digital form. 

Note: Your planning worksheets are completely private to you. However, once you begin typing inside the “Submit a Grant” digital form, your responses auto-save and become visible to DEF in real time.  Your application won’t be officially reviewed until you hit Submit. 

Next Steps

  • Applications reviewed by Central Office departments
  • DCS approved applications sent to DEF
  • Approved Impact Grant Applicants ($1,000+) present grants to DEF Board
  • DEF evaluates/approves grants
  • DEF notifies Grant Applicants within 10 days
  • Grant Recipients provide a project impact report
