Grant Applications

Process Overview

  • Complete DEF Grant Application Form
  • Send completed DEF Grant Application Form to Lisa Longenbaker
  • Applications are reviewed by the Department of Academics and Student Learning, Operations, and the Treasurer’s Office 
  • Approved applications by DCS, then are sent to DEF
  • Approved applicants present their grant at the next DEF Meeting
  • DEF discusses grant applications and presentations
  • DEF notifies Grant Recipients and send funds to DCS
  • Treasurer’s Office allocates funds to appropriate building accounts
  • Grant Recipients provide DEF with a testimonial and pictures and/or video to share on social media
